School Improvement Plan

2024-25

Goal 1

During the 2024-2025 school year, Bruton High School will increase the pass rate on the EoC English assessment from 87% to 89%. Additionally, we will increase the pass rate for Students with Disabilities to 64% and EL students to 67%. 

Goal 2

For the 2024-2025 school year, Bruton High School will increase the percentage of students with disabilities passing any EoC Math assessments to 61% (58% last year). 

Goal 3

Bruton High School will provide support for the 7 provisionally licensed instructional staff as they work towards their full licensure. For the 2024-2025 School Year, Bruton High School will support 3 of the 7 provisionally licensed staff to complete their full licensure by the end of the school year. 

Goal 4

Bruton High School will implement Thinking Based Strategies and literacy across the curriculum in 100% of classrooms by the end of school year 2024-2025. 

Goal 5

Bruton High School will reduce the overall chronic absenteeism rate to below 15% by the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
