Cody Lee was recognized with an Award Of Merit for his Film Production in the National PTA Reflections Competition. He previously received Outstanding Interpretation from the Virginia PTA, York County Council PTA, and the Bruton High School PTSA.
In Cody’s submission, he wrote about film, Doesn’t Taste Right, that it “ is about a teenager who has an obsession with perfection, especially with cooking. This obsession affects his social life…our character’s sibling stops him from moving farther and deeper into his destructive thoughts…accepts his dish, his imperfection, and begins to enjoy a simple thing like dinner.”
